I am studying Engineering at the University of Auckland , enrolled in an accelerated programme and started from semester 2. I have started 2nd year in only 6 months of university study, specializing in Mechatronics Engineering. I did the Cambridge IGCSE programme from year 10 to 11 (grade 9 to 10), and the IB Diploma programme from year 12 to 13 (grade 11 to 12). Having been through a variety of education systems before that as well, such as ICSE, CBSE, and the American system, I have an understanding of what examiners look for in answers. My overall GPA in university thus far is 6 (max GPA is 9) , which is a B+ .
Experience
I have tutored in the Auckland region for mathematics ranging from NCEA year 12 maths to 2nd year undergraduate economics maths. Also been tutoring Physics SL online for the last year. Ihave enjoyed tutoring and have a good feel of how to plan my lessons now. I've always enjoyed teaching, as it deepens my understanding of the subject material as well, coming up with ways to explain to others. Education: I achieved a level 6 in IB Economics HL, and an A* in Cambridge IGCSE Economics As for Math, I took Math HL in IB, and am still doing advanced math courses in university for my degree. I have an 86% (A) average on my math papers given so far in university. I got an A* in IGCSE Double Science programme, and a 6 in Physics HL. Also, I wrote my Extended Essay on Physics, related to wind and solar energy, so I have lots of experience with the subject.
